The Vallet Scholarship Fund was founded in 1999 by Professor Odon Vallet (PhD in French law, professor of religious history, French writer). Professor Odon Vallet inherited a large fortune, but he did not spend it on himself. He lived simply in a modest apartment in the middle of the bustling capital of Paris. He deposited all the inheritance money in the bank, and used the annual interest to give scholarships to outstanding young people in France, Vietnam and Benin - a small country in West Africa, helping them access high-quality education on their journey to conquer knowledge.
